If you  need to make changes after starting your submission, you will need to unlock the page. Follow these steps below to learn how. 


1. From the List Active Facilities, click on the Facility Name. 


2. From the Submission Listing page, click on the report name which will appear as a blue link. This will bring you to the Reports Homepage. 



3. Scroll to the bottom of the Reports Homepage. Click on the 'Edit Report' button that appears under the Certification step.  Once you unlock your submission you can make edits to your report. 


4. Once you finish making all changes click on the Continue button under the Certification step. This will allow you to complete your submission.
