Register for a WHOPRS account using this link: https://whoprs.wisconsin.gov/Account/Login.aspx


Once you complete and submit the registration, the Administrator will review your request.  You will receive an email when your account has been approved.  You can then log into the system, entering your approved Username and Password. 


Important:  If any facilities were submitted previously using the online system,  please request that they be linked to your User Account so that re-entry of the same information and creation of a duplicate records can be avoided.   Please submit a request using the Help Desk.  Be sure to provide the Facility ID that should be linked to your new User Account. If you don't know the Facility ID number, then you can provide the Help Desk with the Facility Name and Address.  Once transferred, you will see the Facility/Reports appear under your User Account and you will be notified by email that your request was fulfilled.
