From the List Active Facilities page, click on the 'Add New Facility' button in the top right of the table. Please note that if the facility had reported under WHOPRS previously, they should contact WEM first to get the facility linked to their User Account. This can happen in instances where the facility is sold to a new owner and needs to be linked to the new owner's User Account. It could also happen if there is a new user at the existing facility.
