1. Go to the WHOPRS site  https://whoprs.wisconsin.gov/Account/Login.aspx

  2. Complete the form and then click Submit. 

  3. Click on Register. The system will be set to Business Facility User.  Click Next. This will prompt you to complete a registration form.

  4. The Administrator will review the completed registration form. You will be contacted by email when your User Account has been approved. 


Important:  If any facilities were submitted previously using the online system,  please request that they be linked to your User Account so that re-entry of the same information and creation of a duplicate records can be avoided.   Please submit a request using the Help Desk.  Be sure to provide the Facility ID that should be linked to your new User Account. If you don't know the Facility ID number, then you can provide the Help Desk with the Facility Name and Address.  Once transferred, you will see the Facility/Reports appear under your User Account and you will be notified by email that your request was fulfilled.
